Cathedral of St Joseph Wedding

Grace and Phil's wedding day was, in a word, holy. The center of their lives and the center of their relationship is their devotion to God through their Catholic faith. They both work for the Church as well. Grace chose a stunning lace gown and was surrounded by her sisters, mother and closest friends as she got ready.

Their first look was on the north side of the historic Cathedral building. The massive building towered behind them as they exchanged gifts and read letters they had written each other.

Grace's two sisters and best friend wore muted blue gowns with a lace bodice. The lace cut was the same as her own gown which brought the look together seamlessly.

The ceremony was sacred. All of the Catholic hierarchy were there; several priests, nuns from Guatemala, and even the Bishop attended. A woman with the most incredible voice sang "Ava Maria", and the priests had loving and devotional words for the couple. It was the perfect Catholic Ceremony.

After the Ceremony, the couple and their dearest friends boarded the Sioux Falls Trolley for champagne toasts and a cruise around town.

The reception was held in the basement of the Cathedral. There was a huge room underneath the church that was perfect for eating, drinking and dancing the night away. Thank you Grace and Phil, I will remember how amazing your day was and couldn't be happier for the two of you. Best wishes to you in the many adventures ahead.
